We charge $ 50.00 for late arrivals past 10 pm.

We charge $ 20.-- for departure after 11 am.

Breakfast between 8 - 9 am:

We love to provide breakfast with 1 day advance notice $15 per person.

Free Coffee, Tea and fresh well water is always available for you to enjoy.

​Group Rates:

Book all rooms at the same time with breakfast you get 10%  off  (2-night mini. stay.)

 

Long stay Discount:

3 - 5 nights with breakfast you get 5 % discount

6 - 14 nights with breakfast you  get 10 % discount

 

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation that is 30 days or more days from the arrival date for the booking, an administration fee of $ 35 will be charged per room reserved.

• Guests within 29 days of the arrival date - full amount will be charged, plus applicable tax.

• No-shows will be charged the amount of the of the booking plus applicable tax.

• By making a reservation at Swiss Lodge B&B, guests agree that they have read and understood this cancellation policy.

Smoking is permitted in designated areas only, outside the home. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke any Marijuana on the entire property.
